We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with completed work, or if a client cancels a job after work has commenced. 2. The Only Refund Scenario: Return of Deposit
A refund will be issued only if:
· We determine that we cannot perform the service you have hired us for.

In this event, we will promptly return 100% of any deposit you have paid.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. The Deposit
The deposit paid to secure your booking is considered compensation for reserving our time and resources. Once work has begun, this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances other than those outlined in Section 2.
