1. Agreement to Terms

 

By accessing our website [www.sassfirm.com], you agree to these Terms. Any physical security services we provide (e.g., security guarding, mobile patrols) are governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Service Contract. In case of conflict, the MSA prevails.

 

2. Our Services

 

We provide physical security services including but not limited to: Security Guarding, Mobile Patrols, Key Holding, Alarm Response, Security Consulting and Close Protection. All our security personnel are appropriately vetted and licensed in accordance with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) requirements and other relevant UK regulations.

 

3. No Guarantee of Results

 

You acknowledge that the provision of security services is a deterrent and reactive measure. While we will perform our services with reasonable skill and care, we cannot and do not guarantee that no loss, damage, or injury will occur. We are not insurers.

 

4. Your Responsibilities

 

To allow us to perform our services effectively, you agree to:

 

· Provide a safe working environment for our staff under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.

· Disclose all relevant information about known risks at the premises.

· Provide necessary access, keys, and codes.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this Site is our property or licenced to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

 

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

 

· Site Use: The Site and its content are provided "as is." We exclude all implied conditions and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site.

· Services: Any liability arising from our security services will be governed by the separate MSA. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the sums payable under our insurance policies (as noted below) or the value of the contract, whichever is the lesser.

 

We maintain the following insurance coverages as required by UK law:

 

· Employers' Liability Insurance: £10,000,000.

· Public Liability Insurance: £5,000,000.

 

Details of our insurance are available upon request to bona fide clients.

 

7. Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
